📦 How Returns Work:
All returns must be initiated through Amazon.
The Genesis Workstation Package is fulfilled via Amazon for fast and secure shipping. If you wish to return your product, it must be returned directly to Amazon using their return instructions and original packaging.Notify Genesis of the return.
Once your return has been received and confirmed by Amazon, please notify us at admin@genesis-info.com with your order details so we can begin processing your return with Affirm (if applicable).Financing Returns:
If you financed your purchase, we will issue the refund after the item is received and accepted by Amazon. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect on your financing account.
💰 Important Notes:
A 15% return/restocking fee may apply, depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the item.
Products must be returned in original condition to be eligible for a full refund.
If the item is damaged, incomplete, or returned beyond Amazon’s eligible return window, the refund may be partial or denied.
The 2-Year Asurion Protection Plan is handled separately and is not refundable once activated.
