Schedule Availability: 7-Days per week; 7AM -111PM EST
Certification Availability: 5 Weeks; M-F; 4-hours/day
Pay Rate: $9.02/hour

Position Description: Conduct soft sales activities; Conduct entry of caller’s orders with minimal instances of errors; Always make recommended associated up and cross-sells; Make recommendations of comparable products when requested items are unavailable; Stay current on products, promotions and procedures; Empathize with and prioritize caller needs; Resolve conflicts and set appropriate expectations with callers; Determine caller needs and provide appropriate solutions.
