Customer Care & Sales Representative – Hospitality & Travel


Seeking Call Center Agents to provide customer care for a theme park & resort services.

Service Type: Customer Service & Sales

Work Commitment: 15+ hours per week

Weekend Requirements: 5 hours Sat. and/or Sun.

Schedule Availability: 7 days a week

Schedule Structure: You set your schedule (30-minute blocks)

Training Availability: 6 weeks | Mon–Fri | 4 hours/day (virtual)

Location: Nationwide (except CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)

Pay Rate: $9.50 – $10.00/hr + incentives

What You’ll Do


  • Assist guests and employees with reservations for lodging, dining, tickets, air, and packages.

  • Answer general questions about products and services.

  • Match customer requests with the right products and solutions.

  • Deliver empathetic, patient, and professional service that represents leading hospitality brands.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities


  • Strong resilience, empathy, and patience under pressure.

  • Self-discipline to manage and maintain your own schedule.

  • Proficiency with multiple computer applications simultaneously.

  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor.

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

  • Excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and time-management skills.

  • Meets or exceeds Genesis Home Office Standards (see below).
