Seeking Call Center Agents to provide customer care for a theme park & resort services.

Service Type:Â Customer Service & Sales
Work Commitment:Â 15+ hours per week
Weekend Requirements:Â 5 hours Sat. and/or Sun.
Schedule Availability:Â 7 days a week
Schedule Structure:Â You set your schedule (30-minute blocks)
Training Availability: 6 weeks | Mon–Fri | 4 hours/day (virtual)
Location:Â Nationwide (except CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
Pay Rate: $9.50 – $10.00/hr + incentives

What You’ll Do
Assist guests and employees with reservations for lodging, dining, tickets, air, and packages.
Answer general questions about products and services.
Match customer requests with the right products and solutions.
Deliver empathetic, patient, and professional service that represents leading hospitality brands.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Strong resilience, empathy, and patience under pressure.
Self-discipline to manage and maintain your own schedule.
Proficiency with multiple computer applications simultaneously.
Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Meets or exceeds Genesis Home Office Standards (see below).
