Seeking Agents to provide services for the leading online business-to-business office supply retailer that services more than 1 million business customers in technology, cleaning & break-room supplies, furniture, safety products and professional medical equipment.


Service Type: Customer Service & Sales

Work Commitment: 15-hours per week or more

Weekend Requirements: None specified.

Schedule Availability: M-Sat.; 8AM - 10 PM EST

Certification Availability: 4 Weeks; M-F; 4-hours/day

Pay Rate: $7.38/hour

Position Description: Properly empathize with and prioritize customers’ needs, exuding patience and ownership accordingly; Determine customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions; Resolve conflicts and set appropriate expectations with customers as needed; Enter customers’ orders with minimal instances of errors; Continuously make recommended associated up-sells and cross-sells in conjunction with the customers’ interests and needs; Recommend comparable products when requested items are unavailable; Stay current on products, promotions and procedures; Document caller account activities thoroughly and concisely.
