It is a helpful resource to know what your particular client expects and requires.

Q: I heard that you can get a free headset as a Genesis Agent. How do I receive one?

A: One of the perks of being a Genesis Agent is to receive a free dial pad and headset. You can access the form to submit on the Welcome Page of the Genesis website under "Our Welcome Gift to You".
