Schedule Availability: Everyday; 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM
Schedule Structure: Rep controls own schedule
Training Availability: 4-Weeks; M-F; 4-hours/day
Location: Nationwide except CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, or WI
Pay Rate: $12.00 - $13.25/hour

Job Details:
Assist customers by phone with general questions.
Assist customers in basic troubleshooting of refrigerators, laundry machines, and small appliances.
Escalate inquires for additional support when necessary.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to remain resilient, project patience and empathy, and provide excellent service when dealing with stressful situations.
Self-disciplined to manage own schedule and adhere to it.
Ability to utilize multiple computer programs at the same time.
Exhibit professional, courteous, and friendly behavior.
