Service Type: Customer Service
Work Commitment: 15-hours per week or more
Weekend Requirements: 4-hours
Schedule Availability: M-Sat. / 12PM - 7PM EST
Schedule Structure: Rep controls own schedule
Certification Availability: 3 Weeks
Location: Nationwide except CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, WA, or WI
Pay Rate: $10.50/hour

Respond to customer inquiries related to online catalog orders of high dollar items.
Assisting luxury-centric customers with order-related issues to resolve issues.
Respond to customer inquiries related to item sizing/color/material/dimensions, product warranties, product returns, and shipping issues.
Ability to remain resilient, project patience and empathy, and provide excellent service when dealing with stressful situations.
Self-disciplined to manage own schedule and adhere to it.
Ability to utilize multiple computer programs at the same time.
Exhibit professional, courteous, and friendly behavior.
