Call Center Agent for a Lodging Marketplace and Hospitality Services

Seeking customer care representatives to provide call center services for a lodging marketplace and hospitality company.

Service Type: Customer Service

Work Commitment: 15-hours per week or more

Weekend Requirements: 5-hours on Sat. and/or Sun.

Schedule Availability: Everyday; 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Schedule Structure: Rep controls own schedule

Training Availability: 4 Weeks; M-F; 4-hours/day

Location: Nationwide except CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, or WI

Pay Rate: $12.50/hour

Job Details:

  • Assist customers by phone and email with website, profile, and property issues

  • Perform problem resolution and mediation between guests and hosts

  • Research and troubleshoot problems

  • Compose thoughtful, articulate, and accurate messages

  • Customize prepared responses to customer emails
