Call Center Agent for Book & Media Retail
Seeking Call Center Agents to provide customer care for a retail bookseller and retailer of content, digital media, and educational products.

Service Type: Customer Service & Sales
Work Commitment: 15-hours per week or more
Weekend Requirements: 4 hours on Sat./Sun.
Schedule Availability: Everyday; 8AM - 11PM EST
Schedule Structure: Rep controls own schedule
Certification Availability: 4 Weeks; M-F; 2 - 4 hours/day
Location: Nationwide except CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, WA, or WI
Pay Rate: $9.50/hour

Job Details:
Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, membership, and/or marketplace orders for special services.
Document requests in client system for every interaction.
Research customers' accounts to accurately identify best solutions/answers.
Use client knowledge base to provide customer with accurate and complete information.
Utilize chat and support service resources when necessary.
Utilize resource systems to further enhance client knowledge and stay updated on client policy changes or reminders on key metrics.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to remain resilient, project patience and empathy, and provide excellent service when dealing with stressful situations.
Self-disciplined to manage own schedule and adhere to it.
Ability to utilize multiple computer programs at the same time.
Exhibit professional, courteous, and friendly behavior.
