Seeking customer care representatives to provide call center services for a cruise line.

Service Type: Customer Service & Sales
Work Commitment: 15+ hours per week
Weekend Requirements: 5 hours on Sat. and/or Sun.
Schedule Availability: 24/7 | 365 Days a Year
Schedule Structure: You Control Your Own Schedule
Training Availability: 7 Weeks | Mon–Fri | 4 hours/day (Virtual)
Location: Nationwide (except CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
Work Environment: 100% Remote | Green Home-Shored Model
Pay Rate: $9.00 – $11.00/hr + incentives

Job Details:
Assist inbound callers to provide cruise quotes, book reservations, and answer customer questions.
Transfer specialized calls to the correct support department.
Represent a luxury travel brand with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Resilient, patient, and empathetic under pressure.
Self-disciplined in managing a flexible schedule.
Proficient at navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
Professional, courteous, and customer-focused.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (or equivalent).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Meets Genesis Home Office Standards (below).
