What You'll Do
As a Healthcare Scheduling Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for health plan members, providing clear, compassionate communication and scheduling services. Your responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls to health plan members to coordinate in-home health evaluations
Answering questions related to the scheduling process and helping members feel informed
Ensuring accuracy and quality of scheduled appointments to support smooth care delivery
