Why this role matters
Stranded motorists need calm, fast, accurate help. You’ll be the reassuring voice that diagnoses the situation, explains coverage, dispatches a service provider, and keeps the customer updated until help arrives.
Position snapshot
Service type:Â Customer Service (inbound)
Work commitment:Â 15+ hours/week
Weekend requirement:Â 5 hours on Sat. and/or Sun.
Schedule availability: 24/7 coverage — you control your schedule
Training: 4 weeks, Mon–Fri, 4 hrs/day (virtual) — paid ($500+)
Work environment: Fully remote home office
Hiring footprint:Â U.S. (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
Estimated pay: $13–$15/hr + performance incentives

What you’ll do
Answer inbound calls for roadside assistance (no telemarketing).
Triage situations (no start, flats, lockouts, out of fuel, accident, etc.).
Explain policy coverage and set accurate expectations.
Dispatch the nearest qualified service provider and monitor ETA.
Provide proactive status updates until the issue is resolved.
Document every interaction in the CRM; follow quality and privacy standards.

Minimum qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (0–1 year experience welcome).
Fluent in spoken/written English (bilingual a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills; able to multitask and prioritize.
