Seeking Call Center Agents to provide customer care for a roadside assistance company.

Work Commitment: 15-hours per week or more
Weekend Requirements: 5 hours Sat. and/or Sun.
Schedule Availability: 24/7
Schedule Structure: Rep controls own schedule
Certification Availability: 4 Weeks; M-F; 4-hours/day
Location: Nationwide except CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, WA, or WI
Pay Rate: $10.00 - $13.25/hour

Provide service of inbound calls for roadside assistance and other service requests such as: a vehicle that won’t start; flat tire(s); keys locked inside a car; vehicle out of gas; vehicle in an accident.
Probe to identify the need of the customer based on vehicle situation.
Provide policy coverage details.
Dispatch a service provider to assist the customer.
Provide status updates to customers.
