FAQ #3: How Do Pay Rates Work for Genesis Agents?
Pay rates vary by client — and you’ll get to compare your options once your onboarding begins.
At Genesis, Agents are paid a base hourly rate that reflects the client’s service needs. Rates are competitive and transparent, and you'll have access to everything you need to make an informed decision once you complete your initial onboarding steps.
💼 Where Can I View Pay Rates?
Pay rates and client opportunities are published on the Genesis Onboarding Page — a secure, password-protected section of our website.
There, you’ll find:
A catalog of current client programs
Base hourly pay rates
Service expectations and schedule options
Program-specific details to help you choose the right fit
📌 You’ll receive access to the Genesis Onboarding Page after you:
Set up your Service account
Pass your initial background check
Receive your Onboarding Instructions Email
The password is included in the daily client opportunity emails we send to newly onboarded applicants.
💵 What Pay Range Can I Expect?
Typical starting rates range between $9 and $15/hour, based on:
The complexity of the client’s service needs (e.g., support vs. sales)
The required schedule (evening/weekend programs may offer more hours)
Additional client-specific incentives or peak-hour bonuses
Every program includes a clearly stated hourly rate — no guessing or negotiations needed.
